Meanwhile, Interconnection Electric SA ESP (BVC: ISA ) added 2.50% or 420.00 points to end at 17,220.00 and Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA Pref (BVC: GAA_p ) was up 2.42% or 11.00 points to 466.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC: SIS ), which fell 1.94% or 700.00 points to trade at 35,300.00 at the close. Banco Davivienda Pf (BVC: DVI_p ) declined 1.69% or 320.00 points to end at 18,560.00 and Ecopetrol SA (BVC: ECO ) was down 1.39% or 25.00 points to 1,775.00.

US coffee C for March delivery was down 0.03% or 0.08 to $295.97 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March fell 3.65% or 343.00 to hit $9,059.00 , while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.24% or 6.47 to trade at $2,664.97 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.46% to 4,436.50, while BRL/COP fell 0.29% to 733.97.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 106.33.
