Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Chemicals , Financials and Healthcare sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.12%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE: VWS ), which rose 4.64% or 4.50 points to trade at 102.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE: PNDORA ) added 3.46% or 42.00 points to end at 1,257.00 and GN Store Nord (CSE: GN ) was up 1.80% or 2.50 points to 138.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were NKT Holding (CSE: NKT ), which fell 2.93% or 15.50 points to trade at 513.50 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CSE: MAERSKb ) declined 2.74% or 340.00 points to end at 12,075.00 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CSE: MAERSKa ) was down 2.10% or 250.00 points to 11,670.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 68 to 64 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (CSE: PNDORA ) rose to all time highs; rising 3.46% or 42.00 to 1,257.00.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.90% or 1.28 to $68.48 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 1.66% or 1.18 to hit $72.30 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 1.13% or 30.06 to trade at $2,689.66 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.07% to 7.05, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 105.60.
