Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Banking , Beverage and Transport sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares rose 2.13% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Jet Contractors (CSE: JET ), which rose 9.95% or 188.00 points to trade at 2,078.00 at the close. Meanwhile, CTM (CSE: CTM ) added 9.94% or 109.00 points to end at 1,206.00 and Alliances (CSE: ADI ) was up 8.33% or 40.00 points to 520.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lesieur Cristal (CSE: LES ), which fell 3.33% or 10.00 points to trade at 290.00 at the close. Stokvis Nord Afrique (CSE: SNA ) declined 2.75% or 0.45 points to end at 15.92 and Maghreb Oxygene (CSE: MOX ) was down 2.04% or 5.00 points to 240.05.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 36 to 18 and 5 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 2.27% or 1.63 to $73.35 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 2.16% or 1.61 to hit $76.25 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.79% or 20.86 to trade at $2,661.86 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.89% to 10.45, while USD/MAD rose 0.29% to 10.12.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.43% at 108.76.
