Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.07%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Insurance , Telecoms & IT and Transport sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.07%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Mawarid Manpower Company SCJSC (TADAWUL: 1833 ), which rose 10.00% or 11.40 points to trade at 125.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL: 8200 ) added 9.23% or 5.40 points to end at 63.90 and Maharah for Human Resources (TADAWUL: 1831 ) was up 7.89% or 0.49 points to 6.70 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL: 4130 ), which fell 4.44% or 0.02 points to trade at 0.43 at the close. Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (TADAWUL: 4240 ) declined 3.20% or 0.46 points to end at 13.90 and Methanol Chemicals Company (TADAWUL: 2001 ) was down 2.63% or 0.46 points to 17.06.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 158 to 153 and 29 ended unchanged.

Shares in Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL: 8200 ) rose to all time highs; rising 9.23% or 5.40 to 63.90.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.71% or 0.52 to $74.08 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.90% or 0.69 to hit $76.99 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.60% or 15.81 to trade at $2,663.21 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.18% to 3.91, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 108.01.
