Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Technology , Oil & Gas and Communication sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 declined 2.27%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were NICE Ltd (TASE: NICE ), which rose 1.60% or 970.00 points to trade at 61,450.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE: ENLT ) added 1.33% or 76.00 points to end at 5,809.00 and Energix (TASE: ENRG ) was up 1.18% or 14.00 points to 1,205.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE: CAMT ), which fell 11.47% or 4,080.00 points to trade at 31,500.00 at the close. Nova (TASE: NVMI ) declined 10.40% or 9,300.00 points to end at 80,100.00 and Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE: TSEM ) was down 9.95% or 1,930.00 points to 17,470.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 399 to 59 and 79 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.61% or 1.20 to $73.46 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 1.42% or 1.10 to hit $76.45 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 1.19% or 33.29 to trade at $2,773.31 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.88% to 3.60, while EUR/ILS rose 0.96% to 3.78.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 107.14.
